Harry Potter actress Bonnie Wright visited Senegal last week with Oxfam, to highlight the plight of almost a million people suffering from severe food shortages.

The charity is distributing cash to the most vulnerable families in southern Senegal to enable them to purchase food and medicine. Wright said 'I hope that with public support Oxfam can continue to help people in these moments and tackle the underlying causes of the crisis to help prevent them happening again'.
